School Transfer Case

Student K initially enrolled at the University of Melbourne, but due to the difficulty of the courses, she was unable to complete them and discontinued her studies. In search of a new academic path, K chose to transfer to Federation University. However, during her time at the new university, due to personal reasons, her COE (Confirmation of Enrolment) was cancelled, which caused significant stress to her visa status. K was extremely worried, concerned about not being able to finish her studies and potentially losing her legal student visa status.

In late October 2024, K reached out to Merchants Prosperity Education & Migration for a consultation. Upon receiving her inquiry, our team immediately began analyzing her specific situation. We learned that K wanted to continue her education in Australia and needed to quickly restore her academic status. Based on this, we developed a detailed solution tailored to her needs.

Resolution and Outcome

First, the Merchants Prosperity Education & Migration team communicated with multiple universities to find one willing to accept K as a student and provided guidance on applying to the new school. We helped K prepare all the necessary materials to ensure her application met the university’s requirements. During this process, we not only helped K resolve the issue with her student enrollment but also helped her choose an academic path that aligned with her background and future career goals.

Thanks to our efforts, by the end of October, K successfully received a COE for a packaged Bachelor+Master course from her new university. This new COE not only resolved the visa dilemma caused by the cancellation of her COE at Federation University but also ensured that she could continue her academic journey in Australia. The packaged course arrangement provided her with a clearer academic plan, laying a solid foundation for her future career development.

The professional support provided by the Merchants Prosperity Education & Migration Abroad and Immigration team went beyond just school applications. We also assisted K in organizing and refining her visa documents, ensuring that her visa status would not be affected. With our help, K successfully obtained a new COE and submitted her new student visa application, successfully avoiding any visa-related issues and allowing her to continue her studies without interruption.

Ultimately, with the help of the  Merchants Prosperity Education & Migration, K overcame the difficulties caused by the cancellation of her COE at Federation University, and redefined her academic and career development path. Merchants Prosperity Education & Migration not only safeguarded her study abroad plans but also laid a strong foundation for her future immigration applications and career development.
