Merchants Prosperity

103 Visa

Xiao Wang found Merchants Prosperity through a friend’s recommendation. When he first walked into our office, he seemed hesitant. “I heard that the parent migration visa process is very complicated,” he said, “but I really hope my parents can reunite with our family.”

After understanding his needs, we quickly arranged a detailed consultation for him. Xiao Wang’s parents met the basic requirements for the 103 visa, but the long processing time of over 10 years made him hesitant. We advised him to plan ahead and apply for a visitor visa during the waiting period so that his parents could visit Australia multiple times even if the visa had not yet been granted.

Step 1: Submitting the Application

We developed a comprehensive application plan for Xiao Wang and assisted him in preparing the necessary documents:

  • Sponsorship Documents: These included Xiao Wang’s bank statements, tax records, and a recommendation letter from his employer to prove his financial ability to support his parents.
  • Identity Documents: We guided Xiao Wang’s parents in preparing their birth certificates, marriage certificate, passports, and other essential documents, while also arranging translation and notarization services.

Step 2: Medical Examination & Police Clearance

During the application process, the immigration department required additional medical examination reports and police clearance certificates for his parents. We assisted in scheduling their medical checkups at designated institutions in China and helped them complete the police clearance application, including submitting necessary documents and translations.

Step 3: Managing Visitor Visas

While waiting, Xiao Wang’s parents wanted to visit Australia for a short stay but were unfamiliar with the visitor visa application process. We submitted the visitor visa applications on their behalf and provided detailed entry guidelines to ensure smooth arrivals every time.
