In Semester 2 of 2024, Merchants Prosperity had the pleasure of partnering with the Melb Uni Chinese Theatre Group (MUCTG) for an exciting and rewarding collaboration. As an official sponsor for the semester, we actively participated in multiple on-campus events, providing not only a range of exciting prizes for lucky draws but also professional education and immigration consultation to help students with their academic and future career planning.

At every on-campus promotional event, our joint booth with MUCTG became a popular spot where many students stopped by to interact. The lucky draw, in particular, was a massive hit, featuring limited-edition Pop Mart Mega Powerpuff Girls, exclusive Mega Panda, trending blind boxes, various vouchers, custom Merchants Prosperity tote bags, and snacks. Seeing the joy on students’ faces when they won these prizes made us realise that this collaboration was more than just sponsorship—it was a fantastic opportunity to engage with students and be part of their university experience. Meanwhile, our team was also on hand to provide advice on study and migration pathways, helping many students gain clearer insights into their future options.

To wrap up the semester, we were honoured to attend and support MUCTG’s two major productions, The Proposal and The Bear. The performances were absolutely spectacular, with a packed audience, an electric atmosphere, and rounds of enthusiastic applause for the talented cast. Seeing the dedication and hard work of the MUCTG members being recognised and celebrated reinforced our commitment to supporting student organisations. We hope that through collaborations like this, we can continue to enrich the student experience and add more colour to campus life.

While this semester’s partnership has come to an end, our journey with MUCTG is far from over. We look forward to meeting more students in the future and bringing even more exciting events and valuable insights.
